To those complaining about spots, near falls, no-sells, kickouts at 1, or any other similar shit after a highly entertaining match that a live crowd goes nuts for: Does this EVER get old? Do you ever get tired of these same repetitive conversations that desperately try to dictate or define an art form that you don't do or understand? Do you really think this exact conversation won't happen a week from now when the same thing happens on another show or in another company? Just because you're easily influenced by crusty old-timer podcasters doesn't mean the pro-wrestling you're watching "isn't pro-wrestling". Whatever it is that you THINK you hate, it ain't changing. If anything, it will continue to be more pronounced. Wrestling evolves, it doesn't devolve. A Harley Race clone won't be main eventing any WrestleManias, sorry. Being critical and having likes and dislikes is one thing, being a predictable and performative whiny child is another. If you hate everything you see on wrestling shows, then guess what? No his constant tearing down of old wrestling and people love of it is what equals all old wrestling. Again something he has done for years. It is always the new shiny thing with him and always has been. That is fine but he always has pissed on things that work.
