Day 2 of getting back into the habit of daily sketching. Always loved the hime-cut, although i find them quite tricky to get right. Observant people will notice a gap between day 1 and 2. that's because not all days are bangers😅. A lot of artist tell me they only like about 30% of their drawings. I can very much relate to that lmao. Maybe one day i'll post the stinkers.

Trying to build the habit of drawing everyday again after being forced to take a long hiatus, because of health reasons. might as well throw the sketches on here, might be good to keep myself motivated. here we go: day 1 start

Tried experimenting with a few different techniques today, like mixing cross hatching with regular shading. Also fumbled around with some layer modes i've never used before for the skin coloring process. definitely feels like im moving in the right direction
