I unreservedly apologise to Prof Mamokgethi Phakeng (@fabacademic) for the malicious remarks I made in a series of posts on the X platform on the 9th of October 2024. Upon reflection, I now realise that the claims I made about Prof Phakeng were deeply harmful.
Dear @TelecomNamibia why do you have phones if they just ring unanswered? The number I’m trying to call is 0612012916, which according to your customer service is the finance department. Tell your people to stop sleeping on duty, answer the damn phones.
