I am not a CJP supporter, but if it wants to survive, the first thing it must do is throw Ratna Singh out of the organisation/party/group, whatever it is. Ratna Singh doesn’t have basic intelligence or basic knowledge of the law. She has regularly made remarks against the judge hearing CJP’s case, openly accused judges of taking orders from someone at the top, openly made remarks about the conduct of judges, and now she has gone on to comment on the SEM’s competency. It’s not just contempt of court, but she is also making CJP’s case more difficult every day through her sheer arrogance and incompetence.
