Oh man it’s been so long since I’ve posted. But I still fish!

First night session of the year. Nice big fat mirror for my mate.

Went fishing in a fishing park in Thailand and caught a huge Siamese carp

Beautifully coloured Dutch canal pike

It’s been awfully quiet on the fishing front but today I went out again. And with a bang! 113cm Dutch pike on a jerk bait. Not the best pic due to being alone.

Fighting an 1,80M sturgeon. We needed two boats to get it into the net.

Not what we came here for but damn! Big sturgeon!

I’m in France on a rental lake, only they are spawning and it’s really tough. So far I’ve 4 but it’s not the weight to travel to France for 😅

Instant night to test my mate’s new boat on one of the canals. Let’s just call my mate’s fish “special” 😅

Fishing in Thailand was a blast as usual. Maybe I’ll go for some smaller fish tomorrow, and if not. Then next time!

Morning! It a beautiful day for some Amsterdam area pike fishing!

I’m so tempted to buy a good bait caster reel and rod for big jerk-baits but a good set will cost at least 500 euro and I only fish a bit for pike in the winter.. choices… 🤨
