🚨 11-YEAR-OLD MIYA DEAMER-JONES FOUND DEAD — QUESTIONS ARE MOUNTING
The heartbreaking story of 11-year-old Miya Deamer-Jones has left an entire community asking how something so horrific could have happened.
Miya was reported missing at around 11:20pm on Sunday night after she had been out playing earlier in the day. Her body was later found in the park near the cricket ground in Elmley Castle, Worcestershire.
Her mother has already suffered the unimaginable loss of Miya’s father, who died from cancer three years ago.
And now she has lost her little girl too. 💔
The Sun reports that torches were seen around the cricket nets at approximately 7:45pm, several hours before Miya was reported missing.
So understandably, people are asking questions.
❓ What happened to Miya?
❓ Who was she playing with earlier that day?
❓ When was she last seen alive?
❓ Has a post-mortem established whether she suffered any injuries?
❓ Has anyone been arrested or identified as a person of interest?
❓ Why was she not reported missing until around 11:20pm?
At this stage, police have NOT publicly answered those questions.
West Mercia Police continue to describe Miya’s death as “unexplained” and have urged people not to speculate while detectives establish exactly what happened.
There is also a question being raised repeatedly online about accommodation in the wider area.
Are there any Home Office-contracted asylum accommodation sites, hotels or known HMOs close to Elmley Castle?
We have checked the available information. The former Evesham Hotel was previously used to accommodate asylum seekers under a Home Office/Serco arrangement, but it closed as asylum accommodation in May 2026. So wear have them men being housed ? We have found no evidence that it is currently being used for that purpose, and we have found no evidence linking any asylum accommodation or HMO to Miya’s death.
That distinction matters.
Asking a question is not accusing anybody of anything.
What everyone should want now is the same thing:
ANSWERS.
A grieving mother deserves to know exactly what happened to her daughter.
And if someone knows something — anything — about what happened to Miya that night, they need to speak to the police.

Why would they deem that the least worthy story today? Well done Jeremy Kyle for dragging it to the front and not leaving it where it was planned.

Wow. A Labour councillor doxxing another councillor? That’s completely unacceptable and hardly democratic. They should seriously consider their position.
Today, politics stops. My family home address was published deliberately by a Labour Councillor, and I am absolutely furious that this line has been crossed.
Cllr Gavin Callaghan published my home address knowing full well my family live there, including my 86-year-old heavily disabled grandmother. We are living in a country where Reform UK representatives such as Ann Widdecombe were murdered in a targeted attack, and a man has now been charged with preparing terrorist acts targeting Nigel Farage. Political security is not some abstract concern anymore. It is real.
I want to thank the Chief Executive, Monitoring Officer, Essex Police and Cllr Andy Barnes for rallying around me and my family today. Whatever political differences exist, this has gone beyond politics. My home, my family and their safety are NOT fair game.
So Gavin Callaghan should understand this very clearly… Today you crossed the line. I will pursue every lawful route available to hold you accountable, and I will not rest politically until residents have the chance to judge your conduct for themselves.
You wanted to intimidate me? You have achieved the complete opposite. You have AWAKENED the lion.
