Encore Baseball Mtl

Whenever someone tells me, “Your team has done a great job,” I smile. Yet another paradox of my life: there is no formal team, no official vehicle… this is a movement. But they're not wrong, either. Many people have stepped up and helped along the way. And whenever I make a @SeinfeldTV reference, people seem caught off guard. Folks, the Seinfeld motif has been riding shotgun since Day 1! Here are just some of the unsung heroes who, if we succeed, deserve to have their names and photos displayed along the stadium entrance, so fans can recognize and thank those who helped me help you bring back Nos Amours. (No Ronaldo- or Beckham-style statues, please. Let's not get carried away!) To be clear, none of these individuals is formally “signed” or officially part of an ownership or advisory group. What unites them is a passion for @MLB baseball, goodwill, and a sincere desire to contribute to something bigger than themselves. Different roles. Same team. One bigger goal: THE RESTORATION OF THE @Montreal_Expos Wasn't gonna include myself, but as a few have started to "advise me," despite the good intention, it sends a mixed message when MLB wants to see commitment and continuity. Serenity now! On behalf of everyone, thank you, Sincerely, The MAESTRO! (we all wear many hats)
