Good free photo guide for sub-I's or interns looking to improve their otoscope skills! The text is oriented towards patients but the photos are great examples of ear pathology

We were very fortunate to have Dr. Susan McCammon from @UAB_OTO recently speak with our residents on palliative care in head and neck surgery.
Was a fantastic discussion on how to have difficult discussions with our patients!
Grateful to have had Dr. Michael Fritz from the @CleClinicHNI come speak to us this recently! He discussed complex facial reconstruction techniques.
We also had Dr Joseph Scharpf from @CleClinicHNI speak recently on advances in thyroid cancer treatment, but forgot to get a pic!
We have residency pods consisting of one member of each class and an attending. Each pod gets together a couple times a year for camaraderie, mentorship, and wellness!
