Yep, non-starter:

Says the representative of Iran's office of the Supreme Leader.
Seems like a non-starter to us...

In one Middle Eastern nation, only around 100 known believers remain.
Their churches are gone, and they are being hunted.
But the Gospel keeps moving forward, because no prison can stop a Jesus movement.
End...of...November...
Per @Liz_Friden The U.S. is sending the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit to the Middle East, two U.S. officials confirm to Fox News. The ships will arrive in the Middle East by the end of November, the officials said. These new deployments will add about 10,000 Sailors and Marines to the Middle East.
The USS Roosevelt will be the third aircraft carrier in the Middle East, joining the USS George H.W. Bush which arrived to the region in April, and the USS George Washington which arrived in mid-August to replace the USS Abraham Lincoln. This will provide more options for the U.S. as President Trump is reportedly considering ramping up strikes on Iran after the Midterms.
The USS Roosevelt departed its home port of San Diego on Sunday and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit deployed from San Diego on Monday along with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group. The Marine Expeditionary Unit and Amphibious Ready Group typically include about 4,200 Marines and Sailors. The USS Roosevelt carrier strike group includes about 6,000 Sailors.
Very little Antisemitism in the region before 1948?
Apparently @USAMBTurkiye hasn't read our "Center of Nations" series, or else he would know about the MANY persecutions and pogroms against the Jewish people in MENA prior to 1948.
Don't be like Tom Barrack. Read (or listen to) Center of Nations!

The Turkish ambassador's comments reflect either a massively ignorant or intentionally disingenuous representation of the Iranian regime. Until the assassination of Ali Khamenei this year, the IRGC answered to the Supreme Leader alone. It was an extension of his will, and the will of the Guardian Council, the heart of Iran's regime. Only since Ali's death and the sham ascension of his severely injured (and morally compromised) son Mojtaba Khamenei has the IRGC managed to commandeer the levers of power in Iran by co-opting the Iranian Security Council and bullying the civil government into submission. The *Islamic* Republic of Iran has been the problem for Iran, for Israel, the Middle East, and the world since 1979. Anyone who says otherwise is completely unqualified to be an American ambassador in the region.
U.S. Ambassador to Turkey Tom Barrack says Iran is “not an evil regime,” describing the Twelver Shia theocracy established in 1979 as a religious system deserving respect.
“That’s a religious content and practice that we all respect.”
Barrack instead singled out the IRGC, saying it “has become an adversary” and that its confrontation with Israel “has been a problem.”
We're thankful for @RonSCantor 's thoughtful, level-headed, and gracious perspective on recent violence committed by Jewish settlers in Judea and Samaria.

For making disciples in Nigeria, you go to prison for 14 years, or worse.
Let's pray for Liatu.
Nigeria: A Christian mother, Liatu Samuel Dawa, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for the “crime” of evangelism.
Liatu shared her faith with a woman in Borno State who later converted to Christianity.
For that, Liatu is now behind bars and her family in hiding after Muslims threatened their lives.
The judge, A.B. Kumdila, imposed the harsh sentence.
This ruling is a gross miscarriage of justice.
The disgraceful action must be overturned and Liatu immediately returned safely to her family.
Free Liatu Dawa.
As long as the Iranian regime remains in power, the Iranian people continue to suffer. And especially Iranian women.
At least 15 women and girls have been reported killed across Iran over the past month, many allegedly by husbands, brothers or other male relatives, Iranian news outlet Rokna reported, as legislation aimed at protecting women from violence remains stalled.
The killings come amid renewed calls to pass legislation aimed at protecting women from violence, which has remained stalled for more than a decade.
Rokna documented cases in Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, Kermanshah and Qeshm, among other locations, with victims ranging from teenage girls to elderly women.
The cases included suspected so-called “honor” killings and killings reportedly linked to disputes over separation and family finances. The motives behind several deaths remain unclear, and investigations are ongoing.
Among the victims was 16-year-old Yeganeh Hosseinzai, who died on October 9 in Bakharz, in northeastern Iran's Razavi Khorasan province, with signs of severe physical assault.

Are pro-Israeli Syrian Druze preparing a military operation to retake villages lost to the Syrian regime last year? It seems the Israelis are assisting with reconnaissance and arming Druze militia, which is nothing new, but has intensified lately.

Despite trouble in the Hormuz Strait, Iraq's oil exports have almost returned to pre-war volumes.
Iraq’s oil exports have risen to more than 3.4 million barrels per day since the start of October despite the war affecting the Strait of Hormuz, Oil Minister Basim Mohammed Khudair told the state-run Iraqi News Agency (INA) Monday.
“Despite the war conditions in the Strait of Hormuz, the Oil Ministry, working around the clock through SOMO, managed to export an average of 3 million barrels per day in September, while the export rate has risen since the beginning of this month to more than 3.4 million barrels per day,” Khudair said.
Khudair said Iraq exports oil through the Strait of Hormuz, Türkiye’s Ceyhan port and tanker trucks through Syria, with shipments destined for European, Asian and US markets.
The topic was resumption of major combat operations vs Iran, per Axios.

The IRGC is continuing to attack the Kurdish PJAK militia (YRK) in Western Iran.
YRK Reports IRGC Drone and Mortar Attack in Marivan

According to the statement, the area was first targeted with two suicide drones, followed by more than 30 mortar rounds and heavy weapons fire.
The YRK said the attacks damaged local orchards and farmland, but none of its fighters were harmed. The statement gave no details about possible casualties among IRGC forces.

The Saudi-Yemeni airstrikes continue to pound the Houthis. Still unclear whether this will translate into progress on the ground.
Yemen’s armed forces say they have “neutralized” 558 Houthi fighters, including field commanders, and destroyed or damaged 135 military vehicles and pieces of equipment in 1,164 strikes carried out over the past 24 hours as part of an intensified offensive against the Iran-backed militia.

Hamas was ready to bomb its own displaced persons camps full of Gazan civilians in order to allow for its leadership to escape during an IDF raid.
Any civilian casualties would of course be blamed on Israel.
‼️🔎REVEALED: An internal document belonging to Hamas detailing plans to plant explosive devices in areas of displaced persons camps in Gaza.
The document shows that Hamas' engineering department proposed planting explosive devices around displaced persons camps and detonating them as IDF troops approached, placing the civilian population in the camps at risk, in order to create panic as a smokescreen for the escape of its operatives.
This was part of Hamas’ preparations to protect its leadership and operatives, while endangering and exploiting the civilian population in the area, fully aware that these actions were likely to cause direct harm to civilians.
If Trump strikes Iran in the next 2 weeks, the target may be Kharg Island, with the intent of forcing concessions on the Hormuz Strait and nuclear file prior to Nov midterm elections in the US.
