This week, I attended the John of the Cross: Carmel, Desire, and Transformation conference at @StMarysIoT. I heard some great papers, and even delivered one of my own, receiving really useful feedback. It was also a real privilege to be able to attend a conference in person!

Today we held our annual @uoedivinity Postgraduate (PG) Colloquium. Our PG students presented brilliant papers and our Rector @DKAYEMBE gave an inspiring speech about tackling racism @EdinburghUni. Special thanks to @EmmaWildWood1 and @CatholicSara for making it possible.

Photo from the first of three research seminars today on "Christmas and COVID: Presence and Place". It seemed appropriate to break out the Santa outfit for it! 😆

I’m attending the #livedcatholicism conference today and tomorrow. One of the handy things about things being online at the moment is that I get the chance to attend many more things than I otherwise would.
The full programme for the free #LivedCatholicism online conference is available and, wow, what a line-up! Keynotes by @TriciaCBruce @DrAlanaGHarris @SSBullivant @RobertOrsi1 and a rich variety of short papers. Mon 23 & Tues 24 Nov - registration open! livedcatholicism.org
