𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝑺𝑨𝑴𝑾𝑨𝒀𝑺 ©️ @EmmaSamways9 Our final announcement to catch up on is that of our new skipper! Emma has been with us through promotion to Tier 3, multiple county cup wins, an FAWNL Cup triumph, and she returned after major knee surgery last season to help us maintain our Tier 3 status 💪 Throughout all of that Emma has been an important influence in the changing room, and takes up the role of captain following Flo Jackson’s departure this Summer. Hear how important Emma is to the group after her rallying cry (after defeat away to Oxford), spurred the team on to 4 points in our last 2 games to stay in the division last campaign 💛 Congratulations, and well deserved Em 👏

… of our FAWNL Cup winning campaign of 23/24 🏆 Beyond that she has shown phenomenal determination to recover from a terrible injury, & has now found great form as an experienced player in our young squad 🙌 Could she be the first to hit 200 in the women’s team? 👀 2/2
