Much has happened over the last year from Covid, Black lives matter, lack of mental health support, to Asian violence and abuse. Value each other and stand up with integrity for your fellow human being. Respect diversity, humanity and challenge hate, discrimination and exclusion!

Social media is a very hard place for women right now. The conversations happening are SO important but absorbing the collective trauma of our gender is exhausting and heartbreaking. It’s okay to take a break if you need to.
