I am pleased to announce our latest paper.
We report results from single cell RNA and TCR sequencing, alongside spatial RNA and genome sequencing across different regions of kidney cancers:

Delighted to share my research group's latest study, published today @Nature 👉nature.com/article/s41586-02… where we trace the life histories of blood cancer development in patients @sangerinstitute @SCICambridge @Cambridge_Uni
The mutations that cause adult blood cancer can occur as early as childhood or even in the womb 🩸

Looking forward to this one!!
Don’t miss it! Tomorrow 4.30pm UK - the amazing @carolinewatson presenting some of her incredible data on the evolutionary dynamics that occurs in the decade preceding AML Dx. ash.confex.com/ash/2021/webp… #ASH21
Great work Phil, Tim and Claire - fascinating findings... happy to have been able to make a small contribution!
Delighted to share our paper

To celebrate #WorldLymphomaDay2021 we wanted to share this recent ACT webinar with @CUH_NHS Haematology consultant, Dr George Follows, on his research into Hodgkin Lymphoma treatments 👇👀 helpyourhospital.co.uk/world… #WLAD2021
Congratulations Elisa!
Many congratulations to PI Dr Elisa Laurenti @Cambridge_Haem @SCICambridge who is giving the Janet Rowley Award Lecture at this year's @ISEHSociety meeting
Beautiful work and tweetorial
Thrilled to share our paper on the mutational landscape of human somatic and germline cells @Nature. We integrated histology and genomics to explore the genetic diversity that develops within our bodies as we age.

Want to learn about clonal #evolution in our #blood as we age? Check out this exciting new preprint from @Emily_LMitchell and team. Proud to have been a (very small) part of it.

10/ By old age, we estimate that the majority of blood stem cells harbour one or more driver mutations, most of which do not increase the risk of cancer. Could these previously unknown mutations underlie the age-related decline in our blood system?
