Neal Pearson has a smallish part as chief footman (or something like that) to the King in this season's The Diplomat. Neal, who along with Haydn Gwynne and Stephen Tompkinson, was so good in one of my all-time favourite TV satires: Drop the Dead Donkey. I feel sad for Neal!

Life is more expensive for women. They have to pay £80 to £100 (that's the cheap end) for a haircut while men get it done for a tenner. I leave it as long as possible, until Worzel Gummidge stares back at me in the mirror, before I give in.

Creepy fraud in your creepy old dressing gown and your creepy top knot.
In this mid trial episode of Sunday Service with The Brands Laura talks about the grace of Mary and walking into court. Russell talks about our sin, temptation, the names of God and is brought to tears by Laura talking about dignity.

Loved #TheDiplomat series 1 to 3 but all the walking and talking and the endless will-they won't-they between Kate and Hal. Sheesh. Can we move on, please. Also, is it me or is there an undercurrent of mocking the British? Okay, I may be overthinking that

People who make you take your shoes off before entering their house. I get it, but find it annoying and slightly absurd at the same time. Germs aren't just on the soles of your shoes. They're on you everywhere, all the time, and what's more, they're mostly doing you a favour.

Things about #TheParty that were annoying Luke Evans in his bloodstained shirt while being questioned by police He and his wife's complete lack of chemistry; her constant facetiousness. Cliched posh people and Tories His baby dies and he goes straight to back to the party

Shouldn't laugh because in my opinion RB might as well have 'predator' inked on his forehead, but this is hilarious. The chest hair!
First Brand court pic in - and it’s a classic

I'm going to have to sit on my hands with the whole Sally Rooney boycotts UK publishing thing, except to say **** ** ****

I'm watching #TheParty. Tonally, it's all over the place and feels a bit amateurish. Maybe it's the script. It's like a sub-Saltburn (a film I disliked) but with a political backdrop and quite tired character pastiches. I'm on episode 3 and considering switching to The Blame

Why does Beks come across as so vacuous. She's apparently very bright, but she talks like an airhead #MadeinChelsea

Treated myself to some watercress tzatziki from Waitrose in Balham. Not cheap. Unfortunately the plastic film lid was so flimsy it broke and the whole pot leaked into my bag before I got home. Half an hour cleaning out my bag and about £2.50 down. Cheers @waitrose

This makes me very sad. He was outstanding on BB and I looked forward to seeing much more of him on screen. Beautiful R.J.
RJ Mitte, who played Walter White Jr. on “Breaking Bad,” has died. He was 34. • A cause of death was not immediately disclosed by his representatives. • Like his “Breaking Bad” character Walt Jr., Mitte had cerebral palsy. Throughout his acting career, he was an advocate for disability representation in Hollywood. variety.com/2026/tv/news/rj-…

So the second episode of #War is about as boring as the first episode. Shame, must have a cost a packet to make and it's pants.

Whenever I hear or see the term 'neurospicy' it makes my skin crawl. Ugh.

Do you remember Ten Years Younger, that show where Nicky Hambleton-Jones took middle-aged women out on the street where onlookers Judged how old they they thought they were. Following this humiliation, Nicky talked the women through how their offensive appearances could be fixed.

He may have won his case that the raid on his home was unlawful, but Andrew Mountbatten remains a disgraceful, bloated and arrogant parasite

Is Olivia Colman in absolutely every film, TV and fashion show now or does it just seem like it? I'm honestly weary at the sight of her.

And I still somehow think I'm going back to school in September. I remember asking my dad, who was 71 at the time, what age he felt like inside. Probably 19, he said. In my head, I'm still a boy.
Being in your 50s is confusing... On paper, I'm 56. In my head, I'm 37. At a concert, I'm 25. After 9pm, I'm 87. Getting up off the floor, I'm 104. When someone pisses me off, I'm 14. But when an 80s song comes on... I'm 17, drunk in a field, and my mother thinks I'm at a sleepover… ✌🏼
