Had a nice cook with $penguin this weekend, using some of the fees to leave in an open position. Originally started off with around 5 sol, then 10 sol, compounded my gains with spot strategy (range roughly about -20% : +35%) at around $11m mc. $Penguin first starting off as a tiktok meme that somehow grew its way to X and then became viral on @solana. CTO'd by someone named Nietzscheanpeng, through community efforts, drama between fee claiming and viral posts from the whitehouse, Trump, pmarca, Alon and even Elon himself. After I saw pmarca, and Alon shill the token I sized up and went more aggressive with curve strategy as a new ATH was made then switched to spot on dips and consolidation and repeated this until its all time of $174m mc Found the most optimal pools with @FabriqTrade with their V2.1 upgrade and discussed alpha strategies with @InfiniteAIOX and a few other closed communities. For the positions that were in curve and got knocked out of range on a dip I would either withdraw the liquidity without closing the position and reopen a new range or just eat the loss and move on since the volume was so hot. Most of these gains were accrued around at $45m or after. For the curve positions sometime they would be at default or id widen it up more to about a -25% depending on the price action.
