Górnik dużo lepszy w drugiej połowie. Zabrakło kropki nad i. Znowu tworzyli, byli często w i pod polem karnym Widzewa, ale nie przełożyło się to na wynik. Zabrakło konkretów. Szkoda! Mocno liczę, że powalczą z Lechem o Mistrzostwo Polski! Widzew powinien być zadowolony z remisu. W grze RTS brakuje mi lidera w środku pola. Często przy otwarciach gry brakowało opcji do gry przez środek. Podań przecinających pressing Górnika. Widać było na dole ekranu jak trener Stolarski namawiał zawodników, żeby grali takie piłki i próbowali zdobyć teren właśnie w ten sposób, ale albo zabraklo zawodnika w wolnej przestrzeni albo zabraklo odwagi, żeby takie podanie wykonać. Tutaj warto podkreślić rolę Świderskiego w Widzewie, który właśnie bardzo często obniżał i próbował brać to na siebie. #Ekstraklasa #SuperPiątek

Dobre meczycho w Łodzi! 🔥 Póki co Górnik trochę lepszy. Więcej kreuje i miał więcej konkretów (dobry Drągowski w bramce RTS). Obydwa zespoły agresywne w doskoku, dobre reakcje po stracie. Czekam na drugą połowę!

HUDL & VEO – Do You Use Them? How Much? How Often? This is one of those posts where I simply want to share a little bit of my work with my current U12 team at Pompey. This time, it's all about HUDL. After every single game, I try to rewatch the match and create clips with comments for our boys. These include both positives to celebrate and things to learn from. I'm sure some people will ask how much time I spend on this. To be totally honest, I don't count the hours. Normally it will take approx. 2h of work. It's more about intuition. When I see something that deserves praise, I highlight it. When I see something we could do better, I ask an open-ended question about the situation to understand what the player involved was thinking at that moment. For example: "John, what else you could do in this situation?" "Alex, how many pressing players we can see in that picture and what we could do?" or "Nick, that was an amazing through ball to George! Well done!" I usually prepare around 15–30 clips after every game. And, of course, if the boys comment on them, I'll respond and continue the conversation. But what else do I do? Sometimes, I create clips and... leave the comment section completely empty. Why? I ask the players to watch the clips and share what they see: their observations, positives, and things we could learn from. That way, it's not just about MY SUGGESTIONS. I want to understand what catches their attention first and what they notice themselves. Because, for me, it's not just about showing players what I see (or what I could see asking my questions - players are clever). It's also about helping them develop their own ability to observe, reflect, and understand the game.
