“I suppose I should get going, I’ve got a ways to go ahead of me. Though I’ll see you tomorrow, Princess Veronica.” Fjorm smiled, offering a hand to Veronica before departing.

“Perhaps we could try some training tomorrow? I’ll help with anything you need beforehand of course, I-It’s starting to get a bit late it seems.” Fjorm intended to depart Embla for Nifl tonight, but has she always done that?

“A tome wouldn’t hurt to try and use…though Gunnthrá was the only one to use it, and unfortunately…” Fjorm looked up at the sky…just turning to night, looking down to the kingdom below to see a few shops closing down for the day. “Aaaand…closed…” She looked bummed out.

And soon enough…a few hours had passed, all of their tea talking finally caught up to the two. “And that’s why I think trying to channel magic without my lance could be something I work on soon, I love Leptir…but I don’t want to depend on it, you know?”

Just how far will it go? What possible issues could arise and be resolved? Only time will lay those out, give them the answers…one day…

Easy would be an understatement, especially with how the Niflian enjoys other people, and the princess is certain this will lead to an even greater union between the two kingdoms. But that didn’t matter to Fjorm…Veronica and her well being mattered to the princess.

Even though the two never had a proper chance to meet under these conditions, the princess was internally glad that she made this simple visit…glad it evolved the friendship of her and Veronica. Glad it…finally gave Fjorm a chance to properly move forward from the past.

“There’s no need to—…” At that point, Fjorm just accepted it, of course she was more than willing to accept such an offer. “There’s no need to repay me immediately, just keep in mind that can happen when you feel best and able to do such, no rush.”

“I’m more than willing to take on a bit more responsibility if it means making you feel less worked, it’d give you some more time. I’m willing to do all you need.” Fjorm nodded, taking a few gentle sips of the tea in her cup.

“Right, you’re running things really by yourself…hm…maybe I can offer assistance sometime?” Fjorm did have a few strange moments during those festivals…but she was never with Veronica which was strange. “I wish there was something I could personally do to help you.”
