🚨 WOW. This clip of Marco Rubio needs to be watched in its entirety. Rubio makes a series of stunning admissions about Ukraine's access to Starshield while taking a swipe at President Zelenskyy over restrictions that are hampering Ukraine's ability to defend itself.
RUBIO: “It's not at this moment available to Ukraine, and that's under conversation.”
Rubio CONFIRMS Ukraine does NOT have access to the U.S. military's StarShield system, despite requesting it to carry out deep strikes inside Russia.
“They've asked for access to it in order to conduct deep strikes inside of Russia. They do not have access to it at this moment.”
When pressed about Zelenskyy's claim that Starlink restrictions were deliberately imposed, Rubio attacks the Ukrainian president:
“I'm not sure Zelensky knows what he's talking about.”
Rubio then insists the White House had nothing to do with the restrictions, but offers a remarkable explanation for how they occurred:
“Nobody ordered that Starlink speed to be slowed down. It sort of happened.”
Rubio also claims the restrictions have been lifted, despite Zelenskyy saying they REMAIN in place and revealing that Ukraine conducted tests showing Starlink worked at higher speeds in the EU than in Ukraine.
And when asked about the disruptions, Rubio admits his information is based on what he read and heard two days earlier:
“That's what I read, you know, that's what we heard two days ago.”

Latest: Zelenskyy tells reporters over WhatsApp that restrictions on Ukraine's Starlink systems remain. Interceptor drones can't function, logistics and operations hobbled. The maximum speed is 161 kph; "exceeding this limit causes the Starlink connection to cut out completely, resulting in the loss of the drone."
He says Ukraine has done tests to determine whether SpaceX is truly facing technical issues, as has been told Kyiv by the US side, or if this is a "deliberate operation... to restrict us, cut us off, and prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people, both at the front and among the civilian population."
He says Ukraine "sent a couple of vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals into European Union territory."
"They moved at speeds exceeding 180kph, and the Starlink systems worked perfectly. We have the relevant logs and evidence to prove this."
He adds: "The conclusion is clear: the restrictions are in effect within Ukraine but do not apply within the European Union. In other words, this is a planned operation."

Overnight, the Russians used 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 attack drones and loitering munitions against our energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Kharkiv. A targeted Russian ballistic missile strike specifically against energy infrastructure – the very infrastructure covered by the ceasefire announced by the American President. The strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale – Russia has never before shown such ostentatious disrespect toward the United States. Russia does not consider the American President’s statements strong. Unfortunately, at least 600,000 people are now without power. Outages could become even more widespread. Unfortunately, there is significant damage to facilities and equipment – at 26 facilities of our power system and four facilities in the oil and gas sector. I am grateful to the repair crews, all Ukrainian energy workers, and the personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for all their efforts to address the aftermath of this Russian strike. Tragically, there have been fatalities and injuries.
We ask America and EVERYONE in the world who does not turn a blind eye to reality to respond – and to respond forcefully. Russia has squandered the opportunity for de-escalation and has clearly chosen to continue its insane war of annihilation. We ask President Trump to impose STRONG sanctions on Russia, especially since the Lindsey Graham bill, which was recently passed and signed into law, authorizes and regulates such measures. The American President has all the effective and necessary tools to bring peace closer through strength, justice, and pressure on the aggressor. We ask for additional packages of Patriot missile interceptors for Ukraine. It is entirely fair for us to tell the United States, Europe, and all our partners that no country in the world should be left alone to face such a deranged and pro-war actor as Russia. 🚨 BREAKING: Ukrainian military sources are reporting that Elon Musk’s SpaceX abruptly restricted Starlink satellite communications during Ukrainian military operations overnight, disrupting critical missions as Russia unleashed a massive missile and drone barrage against Kyiv.
Ukrainian activist Serhii Sternenko reports that Starlink connections began dropping when terminals were moving faster than 100 mph (160 km/h), causing multiple missions to fail.
Ukrainian military communications expert Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov says the restrictions were imposed WITHOUT WARNING.
Sternenko suspects SpaceX acted at the request of the Trump administration, though that allegation has not been independently confirmed.
It is clear that Trump is furious that Zelenskyy has refused to surrender and give away eastern Ukraine, and now Trump is trying to break Ukraine's resolve by actively supporting Russia.
He seems to take that refusal as a personal insult, an attack on his image as the dealmaker who can end the war. Once again, Trump is blaming his own failures on others. This time, the consequences are deadly.
