I don’t normally share milestones like this, but I wanted to give credit where it’s due. I withdrew some of my crypto profits yesterday, and today I was able to buy a car. It’s an amazing feeling to see the progress. Huge thanks to @ines_ferre for the support along the way.
We are actively seeking partners—biotech companies, pharma innovators, public health organizations, and funding agencies—who are focused on accelerating biomanufacturing and real-world deployment. If your goal is to shorten development timelines, improve production efficiency, and expand global access to biologics, we invite you to connect with us to explore collaboration opportunities. $DYAI

Elon, not all COVID-19 vaccines are alike. There are #mRNA #vaccines, where genetic instructions are delivered into the body and our own cells temporarily produce the antigen that triggers the immune response.
There are also recombinant protein vaccines, where the antigen is manufactured outside the body, purified, and then administered to elicit an immune response.
And even among protein vaccines, the antigen matters. There is an important distinction between using the full spike protein and using the much smaller, more focused receptor-binding domain (RBD)—a key target for neutralizing antibodies.
But there is another critical issue: speed of updating and manufacturing.
Traditional mammalian and insect-cell systems used to produce protein vaccines and monoclonal antibodies can take months to develop, scale, manufacture and release an updated product.
Faster protein-production platforms such as Dyadic’s C1 can potentially compress that timeline from months to weeks, allowing antigens and mAbs to be updated sooner as viruses mutate, while also producing substantially more protein at potentially lower cost.
That matters during an outbreak. The goal should not simply be to have a vaccine or treatment—it should be to have the right antigen or antibody against the circulating variant, produced quickly enough and economically enough to reach people globally.
Faster updates. More doses. Lower cost. Greater access, affordability and sustainability. $DYAI

Tom, there are technologies available today that can rapidly develop outbreak-specific recombinant protein antigens and monoclonal antibodies—and adapt them as viruses mutate.
The Gates Foundation, CEPI, the European Vaccines Hub, Fondazione Biotecnopolo di Siena and others are already supporting and evaluating these approaches.
Yet access, affordability and sustainable manufacturing too often become secondary to institutional and political considerations.
Happy to discuss. The question worth asking is: why so little engagement from WHO, the UN, Africa CDC and other global-health institutions when technologies exist that could help produce more vaccines and treatments, faster and at lower cost? $DYAI

Ebola epidemic is doubling every twenty days - fastest in history. Our teams have surged significant response, but we must go further and faster. @DrTedros and I met our humanitarian leaders in DRC @DamienMama and @julienmh to identify urgent scale up priorities.

Dairy is just the beginning.
Today’s announcement expands the commercial reach of the $DYAI Dapibus™ precision fermentation platform with another strategic European dairy protein agreement, building on our growing portfolio of commercial collaborations.
@DyadicInc goal is to create a repeatable platform capable of producing a broad range of high-value proteins and enzymes—faster, efficiently, and at industrial scale.
One platform. Multiple products. Expanding commercial opportunities.

Standing just feet away from mountain gorillas in Uganda was humbling. Nature remains our greatest innovator—from the forests that harbor incredible biodiversity to the fungi beneath our feet that may help create faster, more affordable vaccines and biologics. Protecting biodiversity isn’t just conservation—it’s investing in humanity’s future. 🇺🇬🦍🌿 #Uganda #GorillaTrekking #Biodiversity #Biotechnology #Conservation $DYAI
One platform investment. Two engineered production platforms. Four major markets.
Dapibus® is designed to drive nearer-term commercial revenue across food, nutrition, life sciences and industrial enzymes.
C1 is being advanced for longer-term value in vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins.
The strategy is deliberate: apply shared expression, secretion and fermentation capabilities across multiple protein markets—creating diversified revenue opportunities while addressing one of biotechnology’s biggest challenges: manufacturing more protein, faster and at lower cost.
Two platforms. Every market. Grown, not built.

The first response to #Ebola isn’t a vaccine. Once infected, a monoclonal antibody can be life-saving. If #antibodies aren’t available or affordable, they’re 100% ineffective. So why is all the focus on #vaccines ?

A Critical #Pandemic Preparedness Question Few Are Asking
Every time a new viral threat emerges—whether #Ebola, #H5N1 avian #influenza, hantavirus, or the next potential Disease X—the public conversation quickly turns to vaccines.
Vaccines are critically important.
Organizations including CEPI, the Gates Foundation, the European Vaccines Hub, BARDA, and others have recognized that manufacturing capacity is a critical component of pandemic preparedness. Yet public discussion continues to focus primarily on discovery rather than production.
The world may not have a discovery problem. It may have a manufacturing problem.
I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss this issue further and share perspectives on emerging technologies being developed to address these challenges. @DyadicInc $DYAI
