Curious to learn more about the #HerBook at Princeton project that I've been working on? I talked to Brandon Johnson @PULibrary about it in honor of #WomensHistoryMonth library.princeton.edu/news/g…

Yours, mine, and hers: Her Book project identifies missing female book ownership in PUL collections

Her Book creates an inventory of women’s ownership markings found within Special Collections material in an effort to promote the study of gendered patterns of book ownership at Princeton and afar.

In late July I spent 2 weeks @PULibrary on a Friends of the PUL grant. My stay was productive and pleasant thanks to the kindness and expertise of the library staff. A huge public thank you to you all!

Hi Barbie! ✨Hi... Oppenheimer? This copy of the Bagavad Gita was previously owned by J. Robert Oppenheimer, which we acquired after it was originally donated to the Bryn Mawr Book Sale. We can't say for sure, but we'd guess he was a pretty big #Barbie fan too! #Barbenheimer
