Just helped a client avoid paying double VAT on Allegro sales. EU advisor didn’t realise Allegro was already handling VAT on B2C orders - and declared it again on the PL return. ⚠️ Always check who the deemed supplier is on marketplaces. Cross-border VAT isn’t DIY.
