Because I like the regional map assets in Inkarnate better than the world ones, all three of the campaigns I run begin in the same geographical region. Then, my players have absolute freedom. The world is as big as their ambition.

Step 1: Ask your DM a question about the world they've created. Step 2: Go about your day knowing you've made theirs.

If you’re a #DM, you’ve encountered it- the discomfort. The creeping chill. That odd, bloating sensation spreading throughout your party’s story. It’s #NarrativeCreep! If you can relate, article by @ElpatoOne is for you 👀ow.ly/M5fa50Izc5I #homebrew #dnd #ttrpg

This is a fun conversation between #dnd enthusiasts about VILLIANS. We love to hate them, and they add so much flavor to our campaigns. 🔗ow.ly/yeCy50IB36t #villians #TTRPG #dnd #podcast #teammastermind @ElpatoOne @briemariecreate @dm_macpherson @ecmmyers @TheLorelock

Man, rewrites are so hard. I'm either constantly fighting the urge to look at the old draft for guidance or actively hating the old draft so much I'm taking the story in another direction entirely.
Look, Mom, I'm a blog! mastermindadventures.com/202…

Went to a reptile show Sunday, and the girls came home with an axolotl. Life is earthworms and pH checks now. If you've got tips for me, I'm ready to hear 'em.
Elden Ring is a fantastic example of "respect your players." The game doesn't hold your hand. It gives you the basics and sends you out into a huge world to explore and conquer, all the while making it nearly impossible to truly lose your way.

Haven't encountered a mimic in Elden Ring yet, but I'm still whackin every chest. You can't just suppress a decade's worth of Dark Souls conditioning.
