We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to Vest Construction who have been cornerstones in supporting BAFC for many years now.
In more recent years, Vest Construction have very kindly sponsored Heritage Park - becoming the Vest Construction Stadium.
They are a local, privately owned building and civil engineering company with a reputation that exceeds itself.

As is often the case - no camera when needed. Took dog into garden and saw a bramble with a group of 'painted ladies' feeding on the flowers. Subsequent visits throughout the day saw just honey bees and bumble bees on the same plant.

Sporting Memories is back this week and it’s a different day and time 🚨
It’s today at 2pm and we see former Hartlepool playing legend Brian Honour as our special guest. Brian knows the northeast football scene very well so it’s fair to say there will be no shortage of stories.
See you at the Vest Construction Stadium, Bishop Auckland FC.

A brilliant session with Durham’s Alan Walker today at @SportsMemNet and a great insight into the mind set of a successful sportsman.
Alan has enjoyed a successful career and it is easy to see why! Superb – thank you Alan.

Just as I was leaving the feeders a couple of sparrows turned up, one a tree sparrow, the first I have seen for a few weeks.
A male siskin has been visiting my feeders for a couple of weeks now. Today, he brought a couple of friends. Goldfinches and greenfinches in attendance too.
