Well I have been out out

Got blocked but what this person assumed is I don’t work - I do I am a higher rate tax payer but also disabled

Watching guilded age in bed and I gave in and put on the heating for an hour

Work ✅ Gym ✅ - treadmill - arm cycle - weights I am home now

I don’t have a cat - but a good friend does - free give away by my tube station

Well I just spent half an hour looking for my @BrainTumourOrg t shirt ready to cheer the runners on Sunday for the royal parks half marathon It has lived in the ironing basket for 12 months - oops 😬

I hit the gym today Treadmill Cycle Weights Dinner is lots of veg and steamed dim sum

I am on a 2 buses this morning to get a blood test done as there is no where closer to where I live. I could have driven but I do not know if there is parking & for context I live in London It looks like they have closed the one that was closest still a bus & 20 min walk

I did that gym thing again and a walk at lunch

Well I got up at 6am & did Zumba - walked a mile at lunch and I have done more Zumba before bed! Oh and I tracked what I ate I will try to be fitter Picture of dinner & some flowers from my walk
