@giffgaff getting really annoyed. trying to buy a plan - wouldn’t let me use paypal or card with no explanation- so i paid for credit. still can’t buy a plan! now ive wasted £10 as 1p was bloody taken as soon as i topped up!!!
absolutely ridiculous - @wellpharmacy i’ve visited your store in North Lynn two days in a row to be told you have no pharmacist, yesterday he was late which is understandable but again?! ridiculous. Type one diabetic trying to collect insulin! 😡
@Plusnet @plusnethelp no engineers until friday, no wifi for over a week. nothing anyone can do supposedly. Fab when your autistic child needs wifi for the ipad to regulate. oh and it’s half term. cracking that😩😩
i was told we would be compensated for this - and i have yet to recieve any compensation for the dates between 29/10 - 4/11. I was told during my first phone call to you on 23/10 that i would be compensated £9 odd everyday from 25th-4th where we had no wifi at all to use.
was told to dm @Morrisons two weeks ago… still no response. the literally worse customer service 🤣
@Plusnet ever since we’ve upgraded our package with you guys - our router keeps having issues with connecting to broadband. getting a little frustrated considering we’re paying more.
fab when our autistic 5yo relies on the wifi for her alexa which she uses to sleep. nice one. 4th time this month. & you’ll still expect my full bill yet i’m not getting full service. not happy at all.
