Two things CONSISTENTLY stand out in the high-level players I train or get to know: - They don’t need to be pushed—they push themselves. - They’re usually more physical + bigger than their competition. It’s not always about height but overall size and strength.

Year after year, I see the best swings come from the same college programs. Instead of obsessing over 2-strike, no-stride, choppy swings… Build a swing that doesn’t miss strikes one and two in the first place. Reverse engineer your two-strike approach.
