It seems Luca has completely given up on Web3.
The Abstract chain is shutting down, while Pudgy Penguins NFTs continue to lose value right before our eyes. What’s even more interesting is that, despite everything happening, we’re not seeing any serious effort from the team to turn things around. Not that we’re surprised.
For two years, people were promised a massive ecosystem and a long term future. Thousands of transactions were made, XP was farmed, money was spent on games, and projects were supported.
And the result? We got scammed.
Meanwhile, Luca seems ready to leave behind all the wreckage he created in Web3 and focus on Pudgy Penguins’ toy business as if nothing ever happened.
He doesn’t even seem to care about Pudgy Penguins NFTs anymore. The guy scammed an entire community. Don’t be surprised if you see these NFTs trading at $100 someday. Just remember how far they’ve already fallen.
The Abstract story may be coming to an end, but Luca will remain a scammer in the eyes of the Web3 community.
For 2 years, you had people grinding XP.
We made thousands of transactions, played games, supported your projects, stayed active week after week, and spent serious amounts of our own money just to earn XP.
The community gave this ecosystem its time, money, and effort.
And now, looking back, what are we left with?
Two years of effort went to waste.
All the money spent chasing XP went to waste.
And the community’s trust has been completely shattered.
Keeping people tied to an ecosystem for years and ending the story like this is simply unacceptable.
We expected a very different ending for Abstract.
What a shame. It should never have ended like this.

UnVault Beta 👀
What makes @unvault interesting is that it’s not just another NFT marketplace.
It aims to make it easier to move, buy, and sell NFTs across different chains while keeping the history of the collection intact. They’re also building support for listing, minting, and creator earnings across multiple networks.

I played around with Blender a bit for MOG. 👀
I tried making a small diorama in @Blender, and then managed to turn it into a short 360° rotating animation.
I’m still pretty new to Blender, so it took a bit of effort at first, but I really enjoyed learning new things.
Now I’m thinking… should I try 3D printing this diorama? 🤔

The @Everdraw_RPG reveal system is finally ready. 👀
But it’s a little different from the usual NFT reveal.
There are 2,000 Grimoires in total:
• 1,782 Summoning Grimoires
• 218 Zombie Grimoires
When you use a Summoning Grimoire, you’ll be shown 3 different PFPs: Wink, Flux, and Glyph.
You’ll be able to see the trait rarity information for each one and choose for yourself which one you want to mint.
The other 2 PFPs you don’t choose will be sent to the Cemetery and will never be offered to another user again.
The really interesting part is the Zombie Grimoires. 🧟
Zombie Grimoire holders will be able to choose from the PFPs that were sent to the Cemetery. As the reveal progresses, there could be hundreds of different options in that pool.
If you reveal a 1/1, there’s no choice the 1/1 is automatically yours.
Once the reveal is complete, your Grimoire is burned and the Everdraw PFP you selected is minted.
So instead of a fully random reveal, Everdraw has created a system that gives users real choice over what they mint.
I think the Zombie Grimoire reveals are going to be especially interesting. 👀
