ALT Welt Yang, originally Joachim Nokianvirtanen, inherits the power of the Herrscher of Reason in Honkai Impact 3rd after the death of Welt Joyce and becomes a key leader of Anti-Entropy, using his intelligence and reality-constructing abilities to fight the Honkai while mentoring characters like Bronya Zaychik; after surviving multiple large-scale conflicts, he eventually travels between worlds alongside Void Archives, which leads him into the universe of Honkai: Star Rail, where he joins the crew of the Astral Express and works closely with Himeko as a calm, experienced strategist who still retains his Herrscher powers but mainly acts as the knowledgeable, responsible mentor figure of the group.
