Our goal was to show people how to fill in their PR-STV ballots correctly.

At the National #Ploughing Championships @NPAIE we asked people to vote in the #GreatBovineBallot to choose Ireland's favourite breed of cow.
Our goal was to show people how to fill in their PR-STV ballots correctly.
Today we're counting those votes - results as we progress.

As with every PR-STV Count the boxes are opened and votes are first sorted into piles with the first preferences for each candidate.
Any votes which are considered to be potentially doubtful are separated to the adjudicated on.
Then counting begins.
