FPC MOVES TO END STATE NFA LAWS AFTER INJUNCTION, ATF GUIDANCE END FEDERAL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNTAXED FIREARMS
Following the historic end to the NFA’s unconstitutional federal registration scheme for untaxed firearms and suppressors, lawyers for FPC have sent letters to the AGs of 15 states that still tie the legality of the covered arms to compliance with the law. firearmspolicy.org/fpc-moves…
We’ve really raised the bar as a small manufacturer.
Unlike any other Armory we build what you want not what we think you want.
All builds start with an idea and a personal conversation.
Stay the course

🚨BREAKING🚨
Solicitor General John Sauer just notified Congress “that @TheJusticeDept [will not] file an appeal” in GOA’s victory against the NFA, Silencer Shop v. ATF.
ATF cannot force GOA members to register suppressors or short barrels EVER AGAIN. This is PERMANENT! 🇺🇸
🚨 BREAKING 🚨
President Trump has personally “decided against appealing” GOA’s victory in Silencer Shop v. ATF. He will “ensure the Justice Department [will] not contest the decision,” per @CBSNews.
THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT. 🇺🇸

In an industry full of noise, it’s refreshing to work with people who simply execute. Atrius Development has been exceptional to work with.
