Question.
If I’m sitting in the front “driver side” of a Tesla Cybercab, blackout drunk, it’s not considered a DUI if I get pulled over.
But if I do the same in my Model Y, assuming it’s running the same self driving software, is it a DUI only because the car has a steering wheel and pedals?
