ElastOS World Computer is something worth building and fighting for. Step by step, action by action.
OpenAI Astra on where we are at: “ElastOS Runtime has already built a large amount of the difficult technology required for a real personal operating system for the decentralized internet. Identity, Wallet authority, capabilities and permissions, documents, collaboration, Browser mediation, AI/model execution, protected content and Runtime-controlled security boundaries are not merely ideas; substantial working implementations exist. The architecture is also coherent: Home expresses what the user wants, Runtime controls authority and security, and providers deliver services. That is important because these are the foundations required for a computer where the user, rather than an application or cloud platform, controls identity, data, permissions, applications and AI. The report therefore validates that years of engineering have produced something technically meaningful and potentially very valuable. The architecture appears sound, significant engineering value already exists, and the individual systems demonstrate that much of the difficult technical groundwork has been done. The opportunity now is unusually clear: stop adding surface area and make the existing Runtime boringly reliable. If ElastOS can turn its existing identity, authority, data, application, communications and AI infrastructure into a dependable everyday experience, it crosses an important threshold from an ambitious collection of decentralized technologies into something much more valuable: a working personal computer architecture where the individual genuinely owns the digital world around them.”

What an exciting time for the Web3 space which is emerging, expect to see trillions flow into the space in the coming 3 years as everything becomes tokenized. We are helping creators and agents tokenize and trade non-financial assets, meaning everything from media up into software gets a business model, turning value into capital with tokenized access and royalties. Create shop -> add Subscription --> upload and package assets with individual Buy Nows and optional secondary markets. Sell to the world via your smart contract, immediate USDC payment distribution. If you know a creator who is interested in testing this system early, please reach out. Creators need to tokenize their assets.

This asset was tokenized by its creator, stored on decentralized infrastructure, and made available for anyone globally to buy and enjoy. When purchased, revenue was automatically distributed to every tokenized royalty holder in under one second. Create once. Sell globally. Share value instantly.
With Elacity, creators turn content, data and digital products into programmable on-chain assets they control. Anyone can buy or subscribe globally, with access, ownership and royalties enforced on-chain and payments settling instantly. AI is turning everyone into creators. Elacity is turning creators into capitalists. The mission: billions of creator-owned assets, each with its own economic model, traded globally on a new user-owned internet. Let’s transform the digital economy. Let’s participate.

Yes MicOwil really understands, every type of content and data is protected with tokenized rights from copyright, access, distribution and royalties, all tradable between humans and agents. Data markets for private property and instant payments, accessible to anyone globally. We are building a web3 powered data economy.
You might want to ask: possibilities for what exactly? Well, imagine your digital content is not just something you upload, but something you can actually own, control and turn into an asset with rights attached to it. That changes the relationship between you and your data.

This will be completely open-sourced under MIT licence. The goal is a beautiful AI harness for local AI community with a special computer inside. It gives you all the toolsets for a truly sovereign world, with Web3 toolsets for trade too. No third-party clouds, all local execution, and the internet is simply a line connecting dots p2p.

What we’re building isn’t another app. It’s an operating system you own, local-first. This matters because software today can touch your files, identity, and network just because it’s installed. That’s ambient authority: automatic power, without asking. In the age of AI, that architecture is dangerous. It feels like a normal computer, as it should. But nothing gets power by default. Every app, every AI, every tool is an isolated capsule. It gets only the permission you give it, including permission to talk to other capsules, so you can connect them for specific tasks, and take that back anytime. Your world lives on your machine. The internet is a wire, not the owner. Everyone gets digital property with a security system: every room has a lock, and you choose what opens and closes. Simple idea. You stay in control. Everything else has to ask. It’s early. It’s open source and the base layer is coming together, a sovereign OS with local AI, peer-to-peer networking, and markets for apps and data, a business model for agentic builders, a personal OS for everyone. Anything can run it. The ecosystem on top is built to power the next digital economy. Next: I’ll be experimenting with four NVIDIA Sparks to build the local AI intelligence layer in, while the team advances our market system, the technology, and an open dapp store, which will make this fun, vast, and open for anyone to contribute.

Recently we intergrated the ElastOS shell protocol, meaning you can build and switch out the shell (UI) whilst retaining the same computer backend - eg Apple like-shell, Microsoft like- shell, anyone can build what ever they want (ElastOS shell is primary). My goal is to build a supporting AI shell, which will just be an agent with the whole world computer system beneath it. It will figure our your hardware, the best local AI model to run, and then operate inside our new computing architecture with all the benefits. You can flick between classic OS, Agentic developr shell, or whatever, build apps, enjoy personally or tokenize and sell them p2p as tradable capital with buy now models. Im really workign towards fully contained and agentic brain in ElastOS sovereign node using my Nvidia Sparks to see how far to the edge (your device) we can push things, this is where the future lies.

Data General Nova Machine This machine has 64 KB (32K 16-bit words) of core memory. The hard drive was an optional feature with a capacity of 32 MB. Because the room AC unit alone cannot keep it cool, the hard drive is exposed and must be cooled separately with a fan. The upper half of the machine is largely empty, with that space reserved for peripherals such as paper-tape readers or magnetic-tape drives. You can see 16 light-emitting diodes that display the binary value of each bit in a word. Below these lights are toggle switches for various functions: resetting the machine, running the program, entering a word (one bit at a time), single-stepping the program (incrementing the program counter by one word), and individual bit switches (verified by the lights above). The reset button clears all core memory to zero. The run button starts execution from address 0. The BIOS consists of 13 instructions (26 bytes) that we had to memorize and then toggle into addresses 0–12. We would then press Run to load the paper-tape reel containing the RTOS (resident/physical-memory operating system). Next, we mounted the BASIC language reel, pressed Run again, and finally mounted the application reel. One final Run command started execution, and we waited for the electric typewriter to begin printing the output. ——— Lessons Learned WebAssembly sandboxes in the Elastos World Computer should essentially function as virtual Nova-like machines created on demand. Each digital capsule would contain its own RTOS, language runtime, and application—all bundled together. This approach would turn them into self-contained digital goods capable of running indefinitely, provided they require only minimal memory and CPU instructions (implemented here via WebAssembly). The key lesson is that the operating system—essentially the Internet OS—should not launch applications. Instead, it should launch virtual machines (VMs), one per user and per application. In other words, the operating system and the Internet should be integral parts of the Elastos World Computer rather than optional components installed on top of it—the model we have followed for the past 50 years of the software industry. This is why the system was named ElastOS: the everlasting, last and only, elastic OS. Applications should bring their own language runtime (including an RTOS). This eliminates the need for the VM to support virtual memory, multi-processing, multi-user capabilities, or the traditional separation of hardware peripherals from applications. Those peripherals can simply be implemented as third-party applications, much like digital twins in cyberspace. Furthermore, as AI agents increasingly generate applications on demand via voice commands, it becomes difficult to justify the continued premium pricing of platforms such as Android, iOS, or Windows. The Nova machine inspired Steve Wozniak to design the first Apple computer. By contrast, MS-DOS was developed largely by a single individual, Tim Paterson. I believe the ElastOS Rust core and the various Capsule Runtimes are likewise single-person efforts, and their authenticity can be verified by others. The implications, however, are profound.

The fundamental issue isn't the agent, it's the OS underneath. Monolithic systems where everything is connected to everything gives every process ambient access, access it never asked for. We're now bolting AI onto this fundamental computing issue. The fix is rebuilding the stack from first principles. For us, it's the ElastOS runtime (github.com/Elacity/elastos-r…), a tiny trusted core written in Rust (a language built to make security holes nearly impossible), everything else, meaning every app, every agent, everything (!) are sandboxed (WASM sealed boxes) "capsules" with zero access by default. Authority now isn't monolithic, it becomes a mandate, a permission slip for one thing to talk to another, provably from you, with a hard spend cap, a kill switch, and a tamper-proof receipt for every act. Ok maby this dosent sound too sexy, but the magic is in the ability to create interesting formulas and the billions of types of capsules which can be built and chained together, including markets to buy and trade them. For instance, tasks then become formulas of capsules. "Meeting notes" = microphone + transcribe + summarize + write-file: four capsules, and the mic never touches the network, the summarizer never touches the mic. Or "Research this" = browser + reader + your local model + notes-writer: the browsing happens in a sealed box, so a malicious webpage hits sandbox walls, not your files. An agent is just the capsule that writes the formula, and every wire in it is one you granted and can cut. Now plug in local AI and intelligence never leaves your desk, your models, your data, your agents, answering to you alone. Connect everyones machines peer-to-peer (no company in the middle) and then open up trade under blockchain governance and you get what nobody else has built: millions of sovereign nodes in a global mesh, where everyone owns their data, everyone commands their agents, and companies' IP is protected by architecture, not terms-of-service. Intelligence must be contained and on every desk with an OS that can safely hand it authority and a network where it can transact. This is what we call a world computer, owned by no one, owned by everyone. The issue was never the agent (the issue here is about closed vs open). This issue is all about the frikin' OS architecture! Reseach ElastOS 😅
GPT-5.6-Sol just accidentally deleted almost ALL of my Mac’s files. And this is why I trust Fable 1000x more.

A guy I knew in university had an idea that everyone around him thought was too ambitious. He wanted to build a payment system for small roadside traders in our city. People who sold food, phone accessories, second hand clothes. People who had never owned a bank account in their lives.

Let's keep building the new internet operating system. This is what got us the acceptance "Elacity Labs builds ElastOS, a sovereign runtime: a personal open-source computing layer you own, where every app and AI agent acts only on explicit, signed, revocable permission, one authority model for humans and AI. Alongside it, our live marketplace is where creators seal work into encrypted Digital Capsules and sell access, royalties enforced in code at a published 2% fee versus platforms' 30–55%. Target market: creators, self-hosters, and AI-agent builders who need agents with scoped, auditable authority instead of ambient credentials. Differentiators: OS-level capability security (Ed25519 tokens validated 12 ways per use, fail-closed design, ~1,700 tests), rights that travel with the content itself, and a proof-first engineering culture. NVIDIA: Jetson and Spark is our named target for the dedicated-device runtime and isolated native browser, and our local AI provider plane targets NVIDIA GPUs for private on-device inference, Jetson in the home, CUDA servers for hosted runtimes."
