Thanks @housingsector for this excellent piece on the flawed economic model for delivering public housing: "the long-term sustainability of relying heavily on property sales remains questionable. The risk of being unable to offload properties quickly or at desired prices looms large". And also a nuanced exploration of rent and service charge strikes.

Great to hear that @SadiqKhan as @MayorofLondon is calling for leaseholders to be legally allowed to withhold payment of service charges where there is a dispute.
