Federal sources reportedly stated that the parents of Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, the 18-year-old arrested by the FBI on accusations of plotting an ISIS-inspired mass shooting at Minnesota’s Mall of America, were Somali nationals who arrived in New York in 2000.
