Before you Speak.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases
His mercies never come to an end
They are new every morning
New every morning
Great is Thy faithfulness O Lord
Great is Thy faithfulness
The same thing they make you feel bad about might be the very thing that gives you your breakthrough.
You talk too much. Start a podcast.
You like dressing too much. Build a fashion business.
You like school too much. Become a lecturer.
You like social media too much. Become a creator or influencer.
You like going out too much. Start a travel blog.
You like food too much. Create a food review show.
You are very opinionated. Channel it into advocacy for a good cause.
You like watching movies too much. Start a movie review platform.
So far as it is not a bad thing, pursue it.
When you enjoy something, you naturally give it your best.
And that is often where excellence and opportunity meet.
Everyone tells themselves the version of the truth that helps them sleep at night.
People speak from their experiences. They praise what worked for them and dismiss what did not, even when it might work perfectly for someone else.
Deep down, we all know what works for us.
The real work is having the courage to listen to that voice and own your path.
May God help us all 🙏🏾
You cannot arrive at a future you have not seen.
Every meaningful journey begins with imagination before movement. If you cannot picture the life you want, the impact you hope to make, or the person you are becoming, your steps will always feel uncertain.

Your journey is yours.
Your pace is yours.
And sometimes, staying still is the quickest way to move ahead.

Algorithms change. New skills emerge.
The ones who rise are those who teach themselves faster than others can teach them.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
I was at UPSA for the “From Campus to Career: Building Africa’s Workforce” event organised by Nestlé and ACCA, and it was truly an inspiring experience.
The sessions touched on everything from career diversity to AI, digital readiness, global opportunities, and real stories behind successful career journeys. The insights shared were practical and exactly what young professionals need as they prepare for the world of work.
I had the privilege of speaking on “Your Name. Your Story. Personal Branding on LinkedIn That Works.” The student engagement was incredible.
It was also great meeting and sharing the stage with other amazing speakers including:
Francis Kofigah, CEO of Dough Man Foods
Alexander Abrokwah from Telecel Ghana
Alberta Aidoo and Rita Bandoh from Nestlé
Fauziya Anafo, Integrated Marketing Services Lead
Myron Otoo, Category Manager – Beverages and Dairy
Frank Addo, Head of Commercial Banking, FBN Bank
Gloria Boye - Doku, Partner at Deloitte
I was glad to have met these brilliant minds who are shaping the future of work across industries.
Thank you to Nestlé and ACCA for creating this platform and to the students for their energy and curiosity.
Grateful for the opportunity. Onwards.
