So...anyone can add their home to a map to say they've got treats or can pick any spot on a map to inform parents to take their kids. Have we thought this through @Nextdoor
There are a lot of issues in this study. Most interestingly, no physical testing took place, but this was PERCEIVED physical literacy.
10-year-olds who are self-reportedly more active, believe they are more able to be physical.
Physical literacy is associated with children’s adherence to physical activity guidelines during COVID-19 - These findings indicate that physical literacy is a predictor of physical activity and may act as a protective factor during limiting events. pescholar.com/research/physi…
TEACHERS: STOP OUT-SOURCING YOUR PLANNING TO AI.
Your humanistic expertise can optimally plan lessons to meet the needs of your learners and in context to your identity too

Yesterday’s win was for you, Lee. 💙
Driving on the motorway these days is carnage. People sitting in any lane going any speed.
Maybe I'm just getting old!

Recruitment has gone fairly well but still looking to add a couple of players. If you are still looking for a club and are in and around Mansfield or surrounding area or happy to travel get in touch.
Differentiation is a V.important term in education. It's a significant factor in adaptive teaching.
When planning, tasks in week 1 should be differentiated from week 10 to 30 etc.
Differentiation is a longitudinal term - adaptive strategies should move from support ⏩ challenge
Ditching Differentiation?
"It’s fair to say that the term ‘differentiation’ has had its day in education (or at least in England). At one point, it was considered to be an integral element of lesson planning, design and delivery to ensure all learners were involved and could succeed.
Adaptive teaching has gained interest and attention within the profession, but with some teachers understandably asking: is this the new differentiation? Is adaptive teaching simply a new label for an old approach?"

I've been sent a 'How to write a Scheme of Learning using AI' video.
The video has had over 3k views.
Potentially 3k educators who are being instructed to cognitively outsource planning.
When teachers use AI to plan curricula and lessons, they become more replaceable by AI.
This is an incredibly tough watch. The detriment of screen time, processed food and absent parenting will destroy future generations and the economy.
This poor child
The correlation between the development of AI and AI images with UFO sightings and footage is obviously unrelated 👽
Fabulous work. Thank you, Paul.
I've asked ChatGPT to produce an image of how I treat it.
I believe this resembles offloading more than outsourcing!

What can we learn from this viral video in terms of learning & informing teaching?
1. When attention is planned for, working memory can comprehend information rapidly
2. When pacing is purposeful, only then can encoding happen
3. Speed reading does not lead to learning 🤷
Psychosocial Football Curriculum Update.
Rather than focusing on Tec & Tac development, we focus on psychosocial factors.
The eight super pillars our players we focus on are:
Resilience, Communication, Commitment, Control, Confidence, Self-Awareness, Presence & Concentration
Since the start of the season, our young players have only lost one game, moving from Div 2 in the YEL to the top Division.
Other teams comment on how well-drilled players are, but where other teams might be good at doing skills, our players have developed control to be patient
This says all there is to know about phone use in schools.
In a phone-free rave, ravers break the rules and use their phones
