A year ago, the most common subject in a staking headline was liquid staking with 38.3% of coverage. Today, it's 12.6%.
What replaced it is institutions and infrastructure. Articles mentioning ETFs, custodians and asset managers went from 33.5% to 44.9%.
Articles about validators, operators, and slashing went from 12.0% to 24.5%.
Regulation fell hardest as the argument about whether staking is permitted has largely been had.
What's left is a question about execution: who runs the nodes, and how well.
