• Operations will stay in California — they can't sell the Paramount or WB studio lots
• They have to invest $300M annually on film productions in the US
• They're obligated to release 30 movies in theaters every year
• A third-party board will oversee CNN and CBS News so that they remain editorially independent

Another win, another trip to In-N-Out for Kirk Cousins and family.
Kirk Cousins disclosed that he has a self-described "In-N-Out problem." It's his new postgame meal with no Cook Out in Las Vegas.
"It wasn't a big deal when I lived in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. But on the West Coast Time Zone, when I signed with the Raiders, I knew this was gonna be an issue. That is a great cheat meal, and coming home from a win on Sunday night, I don't know if I can think of a better spot than that."
Said his go to order is two Double-Doubles. But on an off day in August, he said he got three 3-by-3s for himself.
"I don't get onions, but then I also get fries and don't usually do a shake. That's probably the one discipline I try to have.
"But yeah, I can put down a lot of In-n-Out burgers."

So the 30 films a year was another mirage in the desert.
A telling development: per Bloomberg, Paramount now says it will “pay” $30 million per film if they fall short of their 30 film *distribution* pledge.
Who will they pay? The crews they would have hired? The theater owners with empty seats? No. It will be some fund that a government official has to then distribute. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, not two years from now.
And they’re no longer even pledging to *make* 30 films a year. Just to distribute that amount; as Marla points out, this would include re-releases.
All of this is of course ambiguous and tbd but this is not good. Like most behavioral remedies, it will be next to impossible to meaningfully enforce, and even then, enforcement will be difficult and after the fact.
