Outrageous decision. An iconic example of Scottish utopian modernism being destroyed here.
A cowardly and wasteful decision has been announced to demolish #Cumbernauld Town Centre in its entirety. It's had a hard life, but it's enormously important as an urban experiment. #Retrofitting imaginatively and well is the right thing for #carbon and #heritage.
