Had a fine time at @EdgeLitDerby on Saturday. Screened BABY ON BOARD (followed by a chat & Q&A with @Stevevolkwriter) & thought our little short looked & sounded great on
@derbyquad’s screen. Thanks for all who came to see it, & many thanks to those who bought a few of me books

A huge thank you to everyone who came to Saturday's live show at @derbyquad! You were a fantastic audience, me and @Bob_Fischer had a (nuclear) blast.
And to anyone who had problems with the discount code, it's all sorted now, and the code is extended till 4.30pm on Wednesday!

Yesterday's @EdgeLitDerby was fab! Wasn't enough time to chat to everyone but I loved talking about dystopian fiction & dark fairy tales, watching the poignant 'Baby on Board' short film & coming away with a lovely book haul. @BlackShuckBooks BIG thanks to @lifeofholly! 💗

The Good Unknown and Other Ghost Stories by @Stevevolkwriter is an excellent collection of compassionate, creepy and chilling stories - highly recommended. And what a treat to see the short film of 'Baby on Board', beautifully directed by @ADBarker, at @EdgeLitDerby 👻🤍

In all the craziness with submissions opening and a new book, we've neglected to keep mentioning that we have an event on in Derby this weekend!
Hopefully we'll see some of you at The Quad for @EdgeLitDerby 😍
Will @ohsinnerman finish his DIY in time for Edge-Lit on Saturday? Find out at @derbyquad - tickets still available at derbyquad.co.uk/events/edgel…
