Wiretap Media is being investigated by India's Cyber Crime Unit over two social media posts that hurt a millionaire's feelings.
On October 13, 2026, Indian lawyer Paras Sharma, who represents Bhatti's company GB Realty, filed a complaint with police in Punjab. The same morning, an inspector registered a criminal case, picked the charges himself — then was handed the investigation. (Nothing suspicious about that.)
The Charges:
BNS 356(2) — defamation (the old IPC 500).
IT Act s.66 — computer-related offence.
If found guilty, we could get up to 5 years in an Indian prison.
This is exactly why Canada shouldn't be doing business with India.

💥MAJOR BREAKING: Ottawa scrapped the only rule that required employers to hire Canadians first.
Buried in paragraph two of an IRCC release, employers no longer have to advertise a job, prove no qualified Canadian applied, or pay $1,000 for an LMIA — for a high-wage job offer to count toward permanent residence.
The Labour Market test is gone from the PR route, and verification moves out of ESDC, whose mandate is protecting Canadian workers, and into IRCC, whose mandate is selecting immigrants.

Gazan falsely elevated a hired opinion panel to the status of an "international court," willfully ignoring that the Permanent Peoples' Tribunal is a private entity commissioned by indigenous groups to manufacture a predetermined narrative.
She then twisted the historical record, declaring residential schools a "legally established genocide"—a claim that has never been adjudicated in any court of law—while simultaneously branding a peaceful demonstration as "violent" despite a complete absence of arrests, assaults, or injuries.
While Parliament crafts legislation to police misinformation in the public sphere, people writing the laws are not living up to the same standards.
