I wanted to cancel my @Adobe subscription because it 's now too expensive. Because I didn't cancel before it auto-renews I'm now faced with a cancellation fee.

I signed up for Adobe 2024. The price was originally A$58.29/month. In May this year they sent out an email saying the price would increase to A$63.99/month. Because they didn't factor in a promotional offer I was on it actually increased to A$96.99.

Partly on me for not reading the fine print that's buried several layers deep within Adobe's website. At least the support credited me with 3 months so the cancellation fee will be reduced.

I booked a taxi for 9am the day before. At 9:10 I call them and I'm told that booking a taxi doesn't reserve a taxi, it just requests a taxi 10 minutes before that time. Feels like that Seinfeld episode
