When my younger son was about 12 he decided he needed me to stop telling him stories about meeting members of the various bands he was listening to. "Dad, these stories you tell us, I'm sure were really important moments in your life, and you should be proud of them, but you know sometimes it takes the magic out of the music." Last week he's driving me to the airport and he decides to play me Jason Molina. I let him tell me all about Songs:Ohia, Magnolia Electric Company and The Sojourner Series. I didn't say a word. Now I'm roasting him here.
Hey @XMobileArena your concession partner @Aramark charged me $218.00 for 2 beers last Friday night. Who and where do I contact to get this adjusted? I'll gladly pay for the 2 beers, but I didn't buy 10 of them!
Hey @Wawa & especially @herrfoods I just picked up this bag in Phoenixville. The chips are all very soft, pliable, almost soggy😮😩 & a few very ugly. I'm not going to eat them. No worries, I will be ok, but I hope you don't have more of these out there.

I was given the great honor of voting for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by my old friend @tmorello and I’m using it to vote for Melissa Etheridge.
I encourage any other voting members to do the same. This woman deserves to be in the Hall of Fame for a multitude of reasons.
While working with her on her forthcoming album Rise, I was shown a level of professionalism and creative freedom that blew my mind. It was clear that she was the “Mighty Melissa Etheridge”, an incredible musician, a killer 12-string player, and a kind, deep and adventurous songwriter.
She loves rock and roll music and loves guitars more than anyone I know. She has a collection bigger than anything I’ve witnessed (she has a 12-string Dobro!!!) and she plays a 12-string on a level only the heroes that came before could match.
She became a close friend through this process and @DollyCakes78 and I are better for it.
Let’s get her in!!!
Melissa Etheridge is a @rockhall 2026 nominee! 🎶
Melissa Etheridge delivers unfiltered truth through confessional lyrics and a smoky, powerhouse voice — songs like "Bring Me Some Water," "Come to My Window," and "I'm the Only One" radiate desire, pain, and resilience with fearless clarity.
When she came out publicly in 1993, she didn't just make headlines — she reshaped what rock & roll could look like and who it could belong to.
The 2026 Fan Vote is now open! Share your ballot, spread the word, and vote daily at vote.rockhall.com

WOW. Watch this 14-year-old hand @megynkelly her ass for her utterly disgusting minimization of child sexual abuse.

Not long ago Tom Franklin, a photo journalist and professor at Montclair was going through old boxes of photos he had taken and came across this shot he took of me at the Earth Day concert in 1990.
He sent me the photo and I told him that it was such a great shot but it broke my heart seeing the Twin Towers in the background. It’s how I feel whenever I see an old movie or TV show and they pan the New York City skyline. The old skyline. The skyline before.
It’s all just so fucking sad.
I always hear people say that after 9/11 was the last time this country was truly united. The last time we put aside our differences and came together.
I hate to say it but I think if social media had been around back then like it is today we would’ve seen just as much ugliness and divisiveness online. I’m not sure we would’ve come together.
It’s all just so fucking sad.
Luv Each Other
