Biblical habits on How to Walk in the Spirit not the Flesh

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU WILL MAKE IT TO HEAVEN? Jesus said in Matthew 7:21, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” Being a Christian is more than attending church, preaching the gospel, quoting scriptures, or calling Jesus Lord. Have you truly repented of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ? Is your life being transformed? Do you desire holiness and obedience to God's Word? When you fall into sin, do you repent, or have you become comfortable living in disobedience? 2 Corinthians 13:5 says, “Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.” This does not mean you must be perfect to make it to heaven. Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8–9). But genuine faith should produce a transformed life, repentance, and a growing desire to please God. You can preach to millions and still neglect your relationship with God. You can perform religious activities and still refuse to obey Him. Jesus warned us about this in Matthew 7:21–23. Do not put your confidence in your ministry, church attendance, good works, or religious title. Put your faith in Jesus Christ, abide in Him, and walk in obedience to His Word. The good news is that you can have assurance of eternal life. 1 John 5:13 was written so that those who believe in the Son of God may know they have eternal life. Examine your life today. If you have wandered away from God, repent and return to Him. The most important question is not whether people think you are a Christian, but whether you truly belong to Jesus Christ. Are you ready to meet the Lord?
