Just took thumbnail photos for the first time in what felt like years. Can't believe we all had to do that. 30 mins, 50 useless photos (including the one below) But with the amount of people who think my videos are AI now, im trying to go Anti ai in the production.

Today, I had AI analyse two years of Discord chats from my old $5m/year program to find patterns between the people who earned the most from YouTube and those who didn’t. Here’s what I learned…

The big lesson: The people who grew their businesses and channels the most kept asking for help and acting on the advice. I now know EXACTLY who I'm going to build my new offer around and the things to look for so I only work with winners. Highly recommend you try this too

1. Get as much data you have on your clients as possible 1. Surveys they filled out 2. Videos they watched 3. Emails they sent 4. Questions they asked Drop it in to AI, ask it to find the patterns. The clarity this gave me on my new direction was game changing

If you need to update your CTAs/linked under EVERY YouTube video, just ask Claude or ChatGPT to do it. It changed about 1,000 different CTA's and links under my videos whilst I watched TV and ate pumpkin pie. It even add new pinned comment links too. A days work made easy

Currently testing posting 2 clips videos + 6 shorts a day to my second channel. A few lessons from it you might find interesting 1. Sales of RevTrack went up 300% in month one. Every single video had an ad for it at the end. Some clips were 90 seconds, the ad is about 20

4. Videos burn out the audience fast One clip went from 830vph to 20vph in an instant. It was like the views tap turned off The same pattern has applied to these short clips, none have stayed evergreen so far

It blows me away how many people don't realise AI can control their computer and do work for them. Things my laptop did recently, by itself, whilst I worked on other things: 1. Used Final Cut to Clip 120 short-form videos, fixed sound , added subtitles, uploaded + scheduled.

4. Research + built data dashboards and animations 5. Went through my stripe via MCP, found every reason people cancelled , made a to do list of things to improve 6. Emailed users/clients, booked in feedback calls with them, then sent them thank you amazon vouchers

7. Researched podcasts, applied for me to go on them Don't ask me how I do this, ask the AI, it'll tell you. You don't need tutorials or humans, you just ask the thing and itll do it
