I’m a bit of a mess right now. Ben has always been one of my favorite people in wrestling because he was always one of Jon’s. I remember being pregnant with Brodie and getting emails from Jon while he was in Japan on tour. His emails always mentioned PAC & @KingRicochet . He would tell me how he loved passing the time by entertaining Trevor, by taking the counter point to anything Ben had to say. He said he would get him going on bus rides until Ben would get so mad he would refuse to speak for a few hours. I remember the first time I met Ben I apologized for Jon doing that because he used to do it to me. We joked how maddening it was. Ben & Jon’s careers always had one another in their orbit. They brought out the best in each other. He always thought the world of Ben, even though he was convinced he wasn’t completely human “because nobody should be able to do the kinda stuff he does with ease” When Jon passed, Ben checked on me frequently and would always exchange funny memories with me. Every single time we were at shows together he would always stop for a hug and a check in. We would talk our dogs, his incredible wife Natalie, and my boys. We would laugh over how Brodie is not only the spitting image of Jon but a shit starter just like his dad. My heart hurts so much right now and I don’t know what else to say. Hug your loved ones. Take care of those around you. Take care of yourselves.
