I stand by this. Despite the perception, what I said was correct. This is a mischaracterization of what I said, and I never called anyone delusional. I also did not say that Nazis did the surgery in the concentration camps, however it is absolutely a fact that Nazi doctors such as Mengele, preformed experiments in an attempt to ‘cure’ homosexuality and to alter the development of secondary sexual characteristics. As is happening today, whether we see that now or not. In 1931, Gohrbandt, with Ludwig Levy-Lenz, was one of the first surgeons to perform sex reassignment surgery with vaginoplasty on some transgender patients. Gohrbandt went on to win the iron cross and was Hitler’s personal doctor. The basic point I’m making is that it is not loving, nor compassionate, to affirm a lie. Especially one rooted in an explicit path to harm. We can understand that when it comes to drugs, but seem to have lost that elsewhere.
