I think we need to come up with the new threat in the Legal system…
Instead of a death penalty, we need to revoke citizenship.
There are many countries that would take these people off our hands for a smaller fee than we spend housing them in prisons.
This one take 30 years or more to execute, they can have their trial, and they can have a short appeals process, and if they are sentenced, their citizenship is revoked and we send them off to Nigeria or whoever the heck takes us up on that contract.
I really believe that would scare criminals straight…
Similar to what God says about heaven, if you do not believe in him, he is not going to force you to stay with him through eternity. Hell isn’t necessarily the fire and brimstone that people imagine, it’s a place outside the existence of God.
If these people refuse everything that the United States of America has to offer, then we should set them free and not force them to live among us.

🚨 HOME DEFENSE AND 2ND AMENDMENT DEBATE:
In Bingham County, Idaho, 85-year-old Christine Jenneiahn defended her home after a masked intruder broke in, struck her over the head with a flashlight, handcuffed her to a chair, and threatened her disabled son. Despite being bound and injured, Christine managed to maneuver her chair to her bed, retrieve a .357 Magnum from under her pillow, and fatally shoot the intruder when he returned to her room. Idaho prosecutors subsequently ruled the shooting entirely justified under the state's self-defense laws.
