It starts with opportunity. The Summer Youth Internship @MDCPS is a powerful example of what happens when we align education with real work.   Together, we are creating early talent pipelines giving students paid, work-based experiences, college-level coursework, and a clear path into high-demand careers.   This is how you build a workforce: •95% course completion •80% A performance •Nearly half continuing at Miami Dade College   These strong outcomes are signals of what’s possible when internships are designed with purpose and scale. Grateful to @MayorDaniella and @SuptDotres for their leadership in advancing a model that is not only preparing students but strengthen our entire talent ecosystem.   Talent is universal, opportunity is not. Together with our partners at @childrenstrust, @CareerSourceSFL, @EdFedCU, @NAFMiami , #FrederickDeLucaFoundation and #GriffinCatalyst across our community, we are creating these opportunities.
