The Premier League and the Red Cartel clubs have created a set of PSR rules and regulations that have made it impossible for teams to consistently challenge for trophies without breaking the rules.
❌ Manchester City and Chelsea have broken the rules attempting to win trophies and been hit with 115 and 74 charges respectively.
❌ Aston Villa and Newcastle build squads that are capable of consistently challenging near the top of the Premier League, then get decimated by PSR and are forced to sell their best players.
❌ Leicester won the title and have now vanished down the divisions.
❌ Everton were hit with two separate points deductions for building a stadium.
